Things in life will hit you at the most unexpected times and what I've noticed is that lack of Preparation is the reason we take so long to get back on track. Therefore, your biggest enemy... is You. You can now begin to sit there and think to yourself, "This negro don't know me" and come up with a billion and one EXCUSES as to why you aren't at least on the path of where you want to be, OR... you can name the very few REASONS why and then formulate a plan to overcome them.

Justification in Hypocrisy?

How do you feel about Hypocrites? Seriously, take 10seconds and say out loud what you really think about people who give advice they can't take and make rules they don't follow. Got it? Now apply all of that feeling toward yourself because there's at least a 99% chance you are a Hypocrite too. Most of you probably just IMMEDIATELY disagreed then made an excuse as to why it's okay when you do it... Ironic huh? Lets go through a few examples...

For those of who have not heard of a man named Oscar Grant, he was a 22year old African American who was partying with his friends on New Years in 2009 in Oakland, CA and while handcuffed, face down on the pavement, with three cops on his back, he was shot and killed by a 28year old Police Officer with 2years on the force who "mistakenly" grabbed his Gun instead of Tazer.
